Growing up in the Pacific North West gave Williamson an insatiable craving for nature and the industrial, practical styles that the region requires. She translates these cravings into her paintings, photography, jewelry, and clothing designs and pairs them with the unexpected. She loves the combination of something dead, ugly, and rigid; with a touch of something that sparkles. Perhaps it is the way she translates how she sees herself and the constant turn-over of a life transcending. Yin & Yang, that lovely balance.
She was raised by a determined, patient, wonderful single mom, which is most likely why the appreciation for female figures tends to come out in her work. Via her help and motivation, Williamson moved to Italy in 2011 and studied under knowledgable mentors. It was then that she decided to officially pursue art as a career, and has never looked back.
She is currently based out of Dallas.
