Beb Deum began his career in the 1980s with the magazine Metal Hurling and produced a dozen comic books and travel diaries. Through residencies abroad, especially in Japan and Africa, his work in a purely graphic research on the metis body. With digital support, it is affirmed in questioning the human in its multiplicity and fragility, the individual confronted with globalization, as evidenced by MONDIALE™, his latest book, enriched with a text of the famous french sci-fi writer Alain Damasio.
Among his books are Bürocratika, The Dominos Theory, PK12, and Face Box, a monographic album.
His last exhibitions took place at the Halle Saint Pierre in Paris and Maison d'Ailleurs in Switzerland.
Winner of the Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto in 1995, Grand Prize of the Imaginary 2010, he lives and works in Auvers-sur-Oise, France.
